Log in using your email

  • Click your profile photo at the top of the screen
  • Select “Edit Profile”
  • Update your personal info
  • Click “Save Changes”
  • If some fields are uneditable, contact support via WhatsApp or [support link]
  • Visit the training activities page
  • Click the “Add to Basket” icon next to the activity
  • Open the basket and proceed to checkout
  • Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, Mada, bank transfer)
  • Complete the registration process
  • You'll receive a confirmation email

Yes, as long as there are no schedule conflicts.

Yes, if you notify support at least 7 business days before the course starts.

  • A refund will be issued minus 15% administrative fees
  • Include: your name, email, phone number, amount paid, and proof of payment

If you miss a course for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you attended less than 75% of the training, you are not eligible for a certificate.

Attendance is automatically recorded by the e-learning platform.

  • Certificate of attendance.
  • Accredited certificate from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
  • Attended at least 75% of the session
  • Completed the quiz or feedback (if required)

Those who don't meet both conditions are not eligible.
